Question: Can I personalize the message for each card if I am ordering more than one and want a different message for each girl's card?
Answer: YES! We love custom orders and would be happy to personalize each card for you! There is a box at the check out window with a place to add your personalization information in!
Question: Can I request a certain color for the complimentary ribbon that will go around the box? 
Answer: YES! Please let me know your wedding colors, or ribbon color choice, at the check out window in the box provided! We have all colors available! 
Question: Can I combine shipping if I am ordering more than one item? 
Answer: YES! There is one flat rate shipping fee for orders in the USA of $4.80 and if you spend over $35 shipping is FREE! YIPEE! (*For orders in the USA) You may choose to use a discount code or the free shipping option depending on which saves you more! (1 or the other)
Question: Will I get to see a proof/picture of my order before it ships to ensure everything is correct? 
Answer: YES! I send out a picture of each order before it ships to ensure that everything is just the way you would like it! I can adjust anything for you as long as I receive an email back from you before it ships out! 
Question: How long does it take to make the order and ship? 
Answer: I LOVE what I do and enjoy during each order that comes in so I like to get to work on things right away. Typically it takes about 1-3 business days to complete the order (Business days are considered Monday-Friday)! Depending on the size of your order (5 or more items may take extra time to make) It will ship USPS and takes about 3-5 days to deliver to you. (This applies to USA orders only)
Question: Can I request to receive my order by a certain date? 
Answer: Of course! We request that you place the order and allow 10 FULL BUSINESS days for us to assemble, personalize, confirm and ship to you! If you need a package sooner than that, please just message us and we can discuss an express shipping option if we need to! 
Question: Do you offer any BULK discounts?
Answer: Yes we do! I have put many orders together for very large group conferences, cheerleading teams, Cancer Banquets, school teacher teams, nurses offices as well as 40th birthday celebration gift favors and would be HAPPY to give you a discount on a large order! Please message me prior to ordering so we can get a deal together for you! 
Question: Can you ship the gift I am purchasing directly to my friend? 
Answer: YES! I am happy to do that for you! All I need you to do is purchase each item individually and check out one by one. That way you can enter in each girls address at the check out window as the shipping address! 
Question: I see an item I would like but I would like to put the item with a different card of message I see in your shop. Is this possible to switch this up? 
Answer: YES! I would love to do that for you! Add the item you would like to purchase to your cart and in the box provided at the check out window please just let me know which type of card or message you would like instead of the one pictured. I am happy to do a square card, heart card or change the color of the paper! 
Question: I see something I would like to purchase but I would like the card to be on white paper instead of the brown. Can I switch the color of paper? 
Answer: Yes, I can do that for you! Just let me know in the box at the check out window that you want to change the paper color!

These products are handmade with a lot of love! I love what I do and I want you to love your purchase just as much as I do! I know issues will arise occasionally, so if you have any problems with your order, please contact me so we can fix any mistakes and make it right for you!

Orders typically take 1-3 days to personalize and create for you, also dependent on the size of your order. We complete and ship orders on business days Monday- Friday. Orders with 5 or more items may take extra time to make and assemble. Please message us if you have a time sensitive order in which you need by a certain day. That way we can evaluate the timeline and adjust the shipping method to express shipping BEFORE we begin your order if need be! Please leave a note at the check out window letting us know the date you need to receive your items by. We will contact you if there is any issue with that timing. We ship USPS with tracking sent automatically to your email account on file.

Please understand that tracking does not always update automatically with USPS and has a short delay when scanning through their system. USPS does not guarantee shipping times, however, they do suggest timing of 3-5 business days for your package to arrive once shipped! Sadly, we cannot control any delays brought on by USPS shipping. Often times packages can be delayed by USPS due to things out of our shops control. I do wish I could hand deliver each package myself! This is one aspect that I can't control unfortunately.

In order to make sure you receive your items when you need them by, it is best to ensure there are at least 10 FULL business days (not including weekends or holidays) to order, assemble, confirm and ship your order. We have hundreds of orders come in every week and we want to make sure each order is taken care of in a timely manor and gets to you correct! Many personalized stores will ask for a FULL 14 BUSINESS day time window to allow for orders to be fulfilled. If we do not fulfill your order with the 10 FULL BUSINESS days (Monday-Friday) we will refund you your entire order! YES. Because of the personalized nature of our products, refunds will not be issued once an order has been paid for. I will be happy to discuss any issues that may come up and make sure to fix any mistakes on our behalf to make it right!

In the event that a partial product refund does need to occur (less the personalized cards which were hand made and printed using time, money, paper and ink) the partial refund will be sent to you as soon as we receive your items returned to us! We will notify you and issue you the partial refund. If you do need to ship an item back to us for any reason, the customer is responsible to ship back the package to us.
