Return and Refund Policy

These products are handmade with a lot of love! I love what I do and I want you to love your purchase just as much as I do! I want you to be completely satisfied with your order! I know issues will arise occasionally, so if you have any problems with your order, please contact me so we can make it right!

Missing Product or Product Arrives Damaged

**If you order arrives with a missing product, please reach out to me via our email or live chat. I will quickly send out the missing items the next day to fix this problem.

 

Requesting a Refund

**Because of the personalized nature of our products, 100% refunds will not be issued once an order has been paid for. I will be happy to discuss any issues that may come up and make sure to fix the issue for you!

In the event that a partial product refund does need to occur (less the personalized cards which are listed for sale in our shop for $3.99 for just the cards or $5.99 for cards, box and ribbons) the partial refund will be sent to you as soon as we receive your items returned to us! *Shipping fees are also non-refundable and the partial refund will have a deduction for the shipping that was paid on your behalf to ship your original order (shipping cost total will not exceed $6.99) We will notify you and issue you the partial refund. If you do need to ship an item back to us for any reason, the customer is responsible to pay for the shipment back to us.

In order to receive the partial refund/exchange of products, items must be shipped via USPS or UPS with a valid tracking number. Tracking number needs to be provided to us via email once it has been shipped. Please ensure to package items with care so they arrive to us in their current state. Once the tracking number has been marked as arrived back to us, we will process the return and issue you the exchange or partial refund that had been discussed! 

 

 

Cancellation Policy

Once the order has been placed, production process starts immediately and cancelations can't be requested. Thank you for your understanding.
