I ordered one for each of my son's two most amazing teachers, and one of them I wrote her "name" in quotes (because He ADORABLY mispronounces her name) so two notes were included with that; one with and one without the quotes. How sweet to do both, just in case!
I will say, though, that I thought I was changing my selection for one of them from gold to silver, but I ended up getting both gold and silver. I'm not sure if I was even charged for three, though, honestly. Anyway, I am SO happy with my purchase!
