I ordered three customized necklaces and they came in within a week of ordering which was awesome! Only thing that I would have liked more is getting a confirmation email about the order. I received nothing and ordered off my phone so I never screenshotted the order number. I messaged the company on Instagram asking if they could send one and they never replied. Luckily I had signed up for text message notifications for the shipping so that’s the only reason I knew the package was actually being shipped. Other than that the order was exactly what I was looking for

I just looked up your order and it was showing that a confirmation email was sent at 1:17 AM to the email you left at checkout and then I sent another email March 22nd at 3:35 PM with a picture of your final order, then another email was sent with a shipping confirmation at 4:47 then a final email was sent showing you the products were out for delivery at 1:35 on March 27th <3
I just wanted to make sure you knew that I put a lot of extra effort into making sure I stayed in contact with you and that I go above and beyond to send pictures to every customer of their order before I ship! Unfortunately, some email accounts send our emails to a spam folder and there isn't much we can do about that, but in my final email with a photo I do say to check there in case as well! I am so sorry you never received these 4 emails!
With the pandemic I have been working from home with my 2 kids without child care so I have had to put my instagram account to automatic updates with posts that get made automatically because orders have been so crazy I can't do it all on my own! I apologize I have not been able to respond to messages on instagram. I have 100's of incoming and outgoing emails each day that take priority. We are training a few people to start working and that is one area I will have someone support me in! So I am so sorry for that!
